Mission Feedback

The main part of the Missions is learning from the experience by reviewing how the mission went at a Unit meeting and reporting to the other Young Leaders, so that they can share the experience and learn from it.

You can structure your feedback around several questions:

• What have I done?

• Why did I do it?

• What did I want to achieve?

• What did the section members get from it?

• What did I learn from it?

• What would I do differently next time?

• How do I feel about it now?
